We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your profile, formulas, projects, materials, and uploaded images within 30 days. Some logs (security, billing) may be retained longer where required by law.

We protect your data with industry-standard practices: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, row-level access control on the database, and limited employee access. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection. If we become aware of a breach affecting you, we will notify you promptly.
Scent Board is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has used the Service, contact us and we will delete the account.
Our service providers may store and process data in the United States and other countries. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
